About the Role: Brand Representative
Our Brand Representatives are experts in human interaction, creating personalized, face-to-face experiences that leave a lasting impact. With their unique skills, knowledge, and expertise, they ensure customer satisfaction and help our clients achieve success in both established and emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored product and service solutions.
- Represent our clients at promotional events, marketing campaigns, and sales presentations, both in-person and over the phone.
- Utilize provided leads to build strong relationships with key decision-makers, offer expert brand consultation, and close sales.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Track and manage all work activities in Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and boost brand awareness.
- Consistently strive for excellence, aiming to exceed performance targets and deliver remarkable results.
What We’re Looking For:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Preferred experience in sales, customer service, customer acquisition, or marketing.
- A diploma in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Personal vehicle and a valid Driver’s License preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time availability required.
